Very similar to the Aussie Hope Chard, but perhaps a little lighter in palette so far. The colour is a tad lighter. Strong alcohol feeling @ the first glass, but in a nice way. Somewhat like a younger Hope Chard. Stronger citrus lingering towards the end, plus with a nice jumping white pepper kick. Well integrated oak, slightly lighter than in Hope. Another single layer of vanilla in between. Will also do 2 to 4 years in a cellar & benefit from storage, no doubt. No doubt either why this is a best seller here.
Do cross taste both Hope Chard & Mimosa, you won't regret it.
